Thus, wild mushrooms and chanterelles collected by Erich and Gitti end up on your plates. Game meat from local hunting is sometimes transformed into a delicious ragout or served at the gourmet buffet for you – fresh, honest, and full of flavor.
Sustainability You Can Taste
A part of our kitchen grows right in front of the door: Senior manager Gitti lovingly tends to the herb garden around the house. Fresh herbs like chives, parsley, or nasturtium go directly from there to Erich's kitchen and refine your dishes in a completely natural way. This is how we don't just promise regionality, but live it every day.
Our beverage selection includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, shandy, 3 red wines, 3 white wines, and rosé (bottle wines).
And because we believe in the power of water, our own mountain spring water flows from every tap, revitalized according to the Grander principle – for more taste and noticeable quality. It is also available bottled – with or without carbonation.

Summer: homemade pastries & ice cream from our freezer – a highlight for children
Winter: hearty skier's snack with soups, salads & a small selection of cakes – perfect after an active day in the snow
“Children's mouths speak the truth” – and that's why we take children's wishes especially seriously. At dinner, in addition to a small portion of the main course, there is always a special children's dish available to choose from.
In summer, there is a special highlight: Ice from the ice chest to help yourself. For the little ones, we are happy to warm up baby jars that you bring along or quickly heat a small portion of pasta.
An experience that children love: in summer, the breakfast egg can be collected directly from the chicken or quail coop in the garden. It tastes twice as good.
