In the case of a booking, we kindly ask you to guarantee a down payment of € 200.00 within 14 days, stating the reservation number to transfer:

For an online booking via our website, we will automatically debit the down payment from the credit card provided at the time of booking, or you can specify during the booking that you prefer to make a transfer.

The remaining amount can be paid on-site in cash, by debit card, or with a credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Many of our guests also take the opportunity to transfer the remaining amount shortly before arrival.

Your four-legged family member is warmly welcome here. We charge ü for this € 15.00 per night. We assume that your dog is well-behaved and will stay quietly in the room during mealtimes, as they are not allowed in the restaurant. The wellness area and the swimming pond with sunbathing lawn is reserved for the bipedals. In summer, your dog is welcome to be leashed on the terrace to be with you. We assume that "Bello" will not run freely around the hotel or sniff around and will adhere to the rules of considerate coexistence.

For a stay of up to three nights, we charge a surcharge of € 10.00 per person and night.

For our family rooms and double rooms with connecting doors, there is a minimum occupancy of 2 adults and two children from 3 years old. For lower occupancy, we charge an additional fee of € 40.00 per night.

The fee amounts to € 4.00 per person per night. Every guest receives the Salzburg Sport World Card (Botenwirt) and the Guest Mobility Ticket.
With the Guest Card, you receive free and discounted services in Wagrain-Kleinarl. With the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can use all public transport throughout the entire Salzburg region free of charge (including arrival and departure). By completing the online check-in, you will receive the cards directly on your smartphone on the day of your arrival.

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM (including the apartments). On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 AM.

Our all-inclusive catering begins with the afternoon snack on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. If you wish, you can also book breakfast on the day of arrival – subject to availability and upon request: for € 19.00 per adult and € 8.00 per child (from 3 years).

We have a baby bed or a crib guard on site. We will be happy to provide both if needed. Just let us know briefly during your booking what you need or if you need any additional items such as a diaper pail, toilet seat reducer, or a stool for the sink.

For your well-being, our entire hotel is a non-smoking area – all rooms are non-smoking rooms as well. However, smokers do not have to freeze outside: There is a smoking area with heaters at the hotel entrance. Smoking is also naturally allowed on the balconies and the terrace.
