In our building directly next to the hotel, two beautiful, fully equipped apartments are waiting for you. With space for 4 to 8 persons each, they are ideal for families or friends who want to spend their holiday in summer and winter according to their own habits and rhythm. Here you will enjoy the freedom of self-catering with all the advantages of the wonderful location in the stunning mountain world of Austria.

Of course, during your stay, you can also take advantage of some amenities of the hotel, from the cozy sauna to the refreshing natural swimming pond. And if you want to indulge in culinary delights, you can book breakfast or dinner depending on table availability in the hotel restaurant. For even more comfort, we also offer a daily roll order service directly to your holiday apartment.

We want you to enjoy your vacation from the very beginning. Here you will find all the important information regarding your booking and your stay at the apartments of the family hotel Botenwirt.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: Your apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: Please leave the apartment by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning costs a flat rate of € 90,- per apartment.

Pets/Dogs are warmly welcome here. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance if a dog will be traveling with you.

Guest Card
The fee is € 4,- per person and night. Each guest receives the Salzburg Sports World Card (Gästekarte) and the Guest Mobility Ticket.
With the Gästekarte, you receive free and discounted services in Wagrain-Kleinarl. With the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can use all public transportation throughout the entire Salzburg region for free (including arrival and departure). By completing the online check-in, you will receive the cards conveniently on the day of your arrival to your smartphone.

Short Stay Surcharge
Short stays are only possible in the off-season. For a stay of 4 to 6 nights, we charge a surcharge of € 5,- per person per night.
Cancellation Conditions and Travel Cancellation Insurance
Our General Terms and Conditions for the hospitality sector of AGBH 2006 apply as follows:
From experience, we know that despite all the excitement for the booked vacation, unexpected events can occur at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we highly recommend taking out cancellation insurance, for example, with the Botenwirt.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
- For cancellations within the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the travel price, and in the case of early departure 100%.
